Un primer pas \u00e9s saber quin \u00e9s el percentatge de dones que ocupen llocs en consells d&#8217;administraci\u00f3, \u00f2rgans de direcci\u00f3 i equips directius.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2 ADECOSE va sol\u00b7licitar a la Direcci\u00f3 General d&#8217;Assegurances i Fons de Pensions (DGSFP) que es distingissin els empleats per g\u00e8nere en cada categoria laboral en la Documentaci\u00f3 Estad\u00edstica Comptable (DEC) que les corredories omplen anualment.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta \u00e9s la millor manera de mesurar la bretxa de g\u00e8nere i que la mediaci\u00f3 pugui comen\u00e7ar a treballar en iniciatives per tal de combatre la manca d&#8217;equitat en els llocs directius.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner column_padding=\u00bbno-extra-padding\u00bb column_padding_tablet=\u00bbinherit\u00bb column_padding_phone=\u00bbinherit\u00bb column_padding_position=\u00bball\u00bb background_color_opacity=\u00bb1&#8243; A m\u00e9s, Marta Mari\u00f1o, directora de la Fundaci\u00f3, \u00e9s una de les 30 vocals que conformen els grups de treball de la xarxa.
